British Land in talks to sell Willis Building in City of London to KIA

The Financial Times reports that, “British Land, the property company, is in talks to sell a landmark Foster & Partners-designed City of London office tower [the Willis Building] to the Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA) for as much as £400m.”
